Left Ovarian Cyst

Aspirate the cyst     Tie off the needle site to minimize spillage of cystic fluid
To facilitate removal of the left ovary and fallopian tube, I first aspirate
 the cyst and then tie off the needle site to minimize spillage of cystic fluid.
 


I then excise the ovary and fallopian tube.     I then excise the ovary and fallopian tube.
I then excise the ovary and fallopian tube.

 

The left fallopian tube and ovary are removed
The left fallopian tube and ovary are removed.



I then place the left ovary and tube into a pouch for removal at the level of the belly button.
