I cut the uterus and screw a special drill into the fibroid to pull it.
 

I dissect the fibroid that in this case extended to the uterine cavity.

A metal dilator marks the position of the uterine cavity.

I use special suture material to reconstruct the uterus
 to maintain integrity in the event of pregnancy.
